Saute Pan Chicken

Place the stock, ginger, garlic, and chilli into Sauté Pan over high heat and bring to the boil

Add the rice and stir once to distribute evenly across the bottom of the pan

When the stock comes back to the boil, add the chicken distributed around the pan on top
of the rice immersed in the stock

Put lid on (closed vents) and reduce to lowest heat and cook for 15 minutes

Remove lid and top chicken and rice with broccolini. Drizzle 1/3 cup soy sauce evenly over
dish. Close lid and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Remove sauté pan from cooktop and allow to sit for 5 minutes

Remove lid – rice should be cooked, chicken soft and tender and broccolini steamed and
crisp

Remove brocollini, plate up chicken and rice, top with brocollini and coriander, and drizzle
more soy sauce to preference
